Instructions
Please read the following before completing the employment application

  1. Complete each field as accurately as possible.
  2. Answer all questions asked even if you have a resume. If a Blood Hound employee recommends you, be sure to list their name in the space provided.
  3. We will process a Motor Vehicle Report on you if you are applying for a position in which you are required to drive a company vehicle. All field related positions will be required to drive a company. We will verify that you have a valid license and will review your driving record for the past two years. If you have excessive violations, you may not be eligible for employment until the violation(s) has cleared. Please include your social security number, driver’s license number, state where license was issued and type of license (i.e. operator’s, CDL) on the employment application.
  4. Read the Applicant Statement at the end and type your full name.
  5. Applications will remain active in our system for six months. It is not necessary to call or stop by to check on your application unless you have a change of address or telephone number.
  6. If there is a position available, the applications will be reviewed and interviews will be scheduled.
  7. Blood Hound requires applicants to pass a pre-employment drug screen. In addition, random drug tests are conducted throughout employment.
  8. According to the Immigration Reform and Control Act, you will be required to verify your authorization to work in the United States if you are hired. The verification process includes completing Form I-9. In addition, Blood Hound will need to review documents that verify your identity and eligibility to work. Examples of acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to, US Passport, Driver’s License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Alien Registration Receipt Card, Unexpired Temporary Resident Card, Native American Tribal Document, etc.
